Group Therapy for College Students
I run 12-week processing groups for college students because college can be a time that’s high in burnout and low on supportive connection. If you're looking for a space to process alongside others about issues like stress, friendships/relationships, identity development, and navigating young adulthood, you're in the right place.

Process groups are different from support, skill-based, and psychoeducational groups. They are an experiential social learning space for members to play with new ways of being, expressing, and relating. By discarding typical social norms, process groups are a space where members learn to risk expressing their deepest feelings and desires with others. Members may give and receive feedback to each other to better understand how their present moment ways of interacting help them achieve their goals. Over the course of 12 weeks, members may begin to bring what they’ve learned in group out into their relationships “in the real world.” Members often benefit from higher self esteem and more intimacy.
