Why I make fidgets

In my therapy practice, I think a lot about nervous systems, pacing, and how regulation often happens through small, ordinary gestures rather than big breakthroughs.

My ceramic fidgets are a product of my own creative grounding practice that I now pass along to my community. I hope that they can offer you a brief moment of grounding too. Enjoy!
